Sales & Customer Service

• Assist the Area Manager / JStore Manager & Supervisor
in overseeing the productivity, understand and support day-to-day store
operations, policies and procedures.

• Making sure that every customer is served in a timely
manner, and managing customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and resolves
customer issues by determining optimal solutions.

• Maintain and control inventories and ensure adequate store
supplies.

• Ensure all day-to-day sales transaction is properly
documented.

    Store Administration

    • To assist the Area Manager / Store Manager &
    Supervisor in all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store
    administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.

    • Ensure interior and exterior of store is clean and well
    maintained according to company standards.

    Multimedia Designer

    • To take brand ownership and follow the vision, mission,
      goals and strategies that the company has set, while having to align them with the department’s objectives.
    • To produce and ensure that all assigned works are original, non-plagiarized, and creatively unique to carry the brand’s mission and vision.
    • To design and produce motion graphic material, 2D/3D models, illustrations and animation based on the given guideline and approved concept for the use of:
    • ➢ Social media artworks

      ➢ Key visual for communication

      ➢ Marketing / event collateral

      ➢ Product launch artworks

      ➢ Promotional artworks

      ➢ Other marketing contents as of required

      • To work closely with Marketing Team on social media direction and marketing campaign direction as to support Monthly Marketing Plan
      • To retain approval by the General Manager/HOD for concept submission and finalwork.
      • To provide daily progress report to the respective HOD while ensuring the completion of work is on time.
      • To be able to do design manipulation, edit special effects and visual elements while keeping the work original.
      • To fully liaise with reliable printing suppliers for any
        printed materials related whileensuring cost effective
        and timely delivery based on the submission date.
      • To discuss with the HOD regarding any produced visuals should there be any technical amendment, editing, and reconstruction while managing the process and the use of the produced visual properly.
      • To carry out in-depth research on the latest trends in the market that is innovative,fresh, and unique that can be implemented to the company.
      • To ensure that all type of work that is being produced
        from time to time is fully kept o na proper filing system with labelling whether in a soft copy or hard copy version.
      • To ensure that all artwork designs are well documented, filed properly, and keptprivate and confidential at all times
      • To be responsible to work on all related graphic scope for any type of project that is assigned by General Manager for any designated company that falls under the directorship of Jovian Mandagie from time to time

    Video Editor & Videographer Assistant

    • To manage video editing related to campaigns, products, stores, events, promotional activities or any other required contents from the raw footages and to create one cohesive video for the purpose of marketing and
      communication.
    • To assist on video shooting for any campaign shoot and
      lifestyle content shoot as of required.
    • To perform quality assurance on all videos editing before sharing it to the Marketing Team.
    • To ensure color consistency, USP feature highlight, sound
      quality, video format and high resolution of video quality.
    • To properly archive all the images/videos produced in a
      proper filing system.
    • To upkeep studio, take care of studio’s cleanliness &
      maintenance, monitor equipment usage (lighting, camera, backdrop, props, etc.) and ensure that all equipment is kept well at all times with the team.

    Visual Merchandiser

    • Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy to attract customer interest.

    • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire Jstore and any Jovian events, Booth as per assigned by HOD.

    • Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays

    • Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end results.

    • Come up with, revise and present design ideas for Jovian Apparel Sdn Bhd (retail)

    • Act in alignment with the organization’s culture, products, image, and target market

    • Monitor costs and work within the budget given by management.

    • Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays · Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.

    • Liaise with suppliers and source elements

    • Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends.

    • To ensure that every record, documentation and schedule is well-documented, properly filed, labelled and kept confidential at all times.


    Requirements and Skills


    • Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser

    • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio

    • Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interiordisplays, and space utilization

    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

    • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices

    • Proficiency in MS Office

    • Creative and innovative thinker

    • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results

    • BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar.


    Internship

    Accounting / Finance

    All interns will be designated to several departments to ensure they experience the different work environments and to enhance their skills for future work culture.


    • Assist the finance team in day-to-day operations including basic accounts work, documentation checking and data entry.
    • Responsible to perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents and photocopying.
    • Complete ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
    • Uses company software applications to complete assignments
    • Ensure all day-to-day inquiries and task given is properly documented


    Human Resource

    All interns will be designated to several departments to ensure they experience the different work environments and to enhance their skills for future work culture.


    • To administer monthly overtime, expenses and medical claims, salary and statutory deductions
    • To conduct induction program for newly join employee.
    • To administer employee's insurance coverage upon the employee's confirmation
    • To administer applications and updates on employee leave records employment
    • To assist Senior HR Executive arrange and manage manpower planning, recruitment and selection process by developing job description, preparing job advertisement, selecting and shortlisting candidates, interview arrangement and interview panel
    • To assist Senior HR Executive interpret and advice on Employment Act
    • To assist Senior HR Executive escalate to respective department / level on matters of grievances
    • To prepare, maintain and update employee records and HR related
      documents / correspondence and ensure proper filing
    • To maintain office & hostel inventories supplies by checking stock /inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders and verifying receipt of supplies
    • To monitor office and hostel equipment in good condition, arrange for
      maintenance /repairs if necessary, troubleshoot malfunctions and calling forrepairs
    • To attain proper quotations as and when required in relations to administering office maintenance / office equipment etc.
    • To ensure proper filing of all documentations for easy retrieve
    • To ensure cleanliness of all workstation by doing thorough inspection
