Job Description

  • To administer monthly overtime, expenses and medical claims, salary and statutory deductions
  • To conduct induction program for newly join employee.
  • To administer employee's insurance coverage upon the employee's confirmation
  • To administer applications and updates on employee leave records employment
  • To assist Senior HR Executive arrange and manage manpower planning, recruitment and selection process by developing job description, preparing job advertisement, selecting and shortlisting candidates, interview arrangement and interview panel
  • To assist Senior HR Executive interpret and advice on Employment Act
  • To assist Senior HR Executive escalate to respective department / level on matters of grievances
  • To prepare, maintain and update employee records and HR related
    documents / correspondence and ensure proper filing
  • To maintain office & hostel inventories supplies by checking stock /inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders and verifying receipt of supplies
  • To monitor office and hostel equipment in good condition, arrange for
    maintenance /repairs if necessary, troubleshoot malfunctions and calling forrepairs
  • To attain proper quotations as and when required in relations to administering office maintenance / office equipment etc.
  • To ensure proper filing of all documentations for easy retrieve
  • To ensure cleanliness of all workstation by doing thorough inspection
